Montecristo

Montecristo is one of the most renowned Habanos brands. Founded in 1935, its name originates from the novel “The Count of Monte Cristo” by Alexandre Dumas. In the old H. Upmann factory, in Cuba, fans worked while newspapers and books were read with the aim of entertaining them during the working day, “The Count of Monte Cristo” was one of their favorite novels, it was then that they decided pay homage to the book's protagonist.

Montecristo cigars are recognized for their aroma and flavor, excellent construction and very high quality tobacco. Montecristo is one of the most celebrated Habanos brands in the world, and is considered by many as a point of reference for all Habanos.
