EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY.
Cancellation of Purchase
The legal deadline for withdrawing from any purchase made on the website is 7 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product. Before returning the product to us, you must formalize your order via email: sac@elclubprivado.com.
Important:
If the withdrawal period expires on a non-business day, it will be automatically extended to the next business day.
If the cancellation notice is not made within 7 calendar days, the request will be refused and the product will be returned to the same sender address, with the shipping cost being the responsibility of the customer.
To return within 7 days, the product must be in perfect condition, properly sealed in its original packaging and with the identification label.
If there are faults, damages, scratches or any characteristic that disqualifies a new product, the return will be refused.
Product malfunction
In addition to the guarantee applied to all products, before shipping, EL CLUB PRIVADO carries out a rigorous analytical process, covering parameters such as humidity, temperature and physical integrity. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, in poor condition, or malfunctioning, we ask that you contact us via email: sac@elclubprivado.com, informing what happened, if possible, with photos and/or videos, and with the respective contact details. This eventual demand will be resolved within 3 business days after receipt of the returned products, through exchange or refund of the amount paid (see refund deadlines at the end of this document).
EL CLUB PRIVADO values delivery of the highest quality, which is why all our products are sent in special packaging, with a tracking and sealing seal. If you receive an order with the packaging open or with any sign of violation, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt, by email: sac@elclubprivado.com, informing us of what happened, if possible, with photos and /or videos, and with the respective contact details. This eventual demand will be resolved within 3 business days after receipt of the returned products, through exchange or refund of the amount paid (see refund deadlines at the end of this document).

If the failure is not reported within 24 hours, the warranty will only be effective if the product malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect.
The product must be sent in its original packaging, properly sealed, with the identification label and the purchase invoice.
Deadlines for Refund and Refund
Credit Card: after posting the product return, the refund will be requested from the card operator within 5 calendar days and the credit will be available according to each credit card operator.
Bank slip and transfer: it is necessary to provide bank details for the refund. The deadline for depositing into the informed account is 5 business days. For payment via PIX, directly on the website, the refund is made using the same key used to pay for the order.
In the case of exchanging a product with a difference in value, when the new product is more expensive than the previous one, it will be necessary to pay the difference.
As a security measure, we do not perform chargebacks on third-party accounts. Only for data in accordance with the customer's request, whether an individual or legal entity.
