EL CLUB PRIVADO does not sell or deliver products whose components may cause physical or mental dependence to minors under 18 years of age. Tobacco-containing products on this site are not intended to be purchased or delivered to anyone under the age of 18.
Legal substantiation:
Law No. 7,488/1986 - Creates National Day to Combat Smoking and determines celebrations to be held on August 29th throughout the national territory.
Law No. 8,069/1990 - Child and Adolescent Statute - Prohibits selling, supplying or delivering, to children or adolescents, products whose components may cause physical or psychological dependence. (article 81)
Selling, supplying, administering or delivering products containing tobacco to children or adolescents constitutes a crime defined in article 243 of the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA).
